We offer Returns on faulty items only. Any item found to be faulty must be reported to Plan Bees UK within 14 days of delivery. We will repair or replace any items where faults have been found to come from our workshop – following the return of the item and an inspection of the item by a member of our team

Quality assurance – All pieces that are made in our workshops are sent to the London Assay Office – where the metal is tested and Hallmarked. This is your guarantee and proof that all precious metals are exactly as described. In UK law any Sterling Silver items 7.78g or above or Gold items 1g or above must be Hallmarked

Every item goes through vigorous inspection and quality control before leaving the workshop

We offer free resizing if your ring doesn’t fit first time. This is based upon one of our team measuring your finger size. If you request a different size, or order a size without us measuring then we are under no obligation to change it – this will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
